After a complete industry audit, 40 sacrificed pumpkins, and thousands of roasted seeds, the client was presented with roughly 50 playfully illustrated concepts of which a handful were chosen for further development.
Some tools such as these were designed to be stand alone items sold separately from the basic tools set.
This collection of tools eventually became the clients basic offering along with an accompanying template and instruction book. The Saws have a short blade at the bottom of the handle to pre-pierce the pumpkin so that the thin blades will not bend upon insertion. The Scoop has both a scraping and smoothing side. The Docker and Punch snap together to form one complete tool.
